Going for Office Culture Gold

Today I spoke with the Operations manager at a national software company poised to soon close their physical offices and shift to fully remote work. It’s a big change, and the company is determined to make sure their employees stay active and connected. The manager called asking if we could help her team run an “Office Olympics” to coincide with the Paris Games. My answer: That’s brilliant, and yes we can!
