News for Challenge Admins from Count. It HQ

It’s high summer, a time to catch ones breath before…the FALL CHALLENGE SEASON! 😉

Fall is the peak season for corporate wellness challenges, but things have already been been busy around Count. It HQ. In fact, more groups joined Count. It in the last quarter than at any other time since we introduced our new app. Meantime, we launched one of our biggest and most complex challenges ever for a major U.S. government agency. Shhh. 🇺🇸

Our product team has also been busy. The biggest new feature of spring-summer was the release of a real time publishing system for wellness “bonus” goals. Admins can now create any custom goals for their challenges, on the fly; or they can select from the Count. It collection.

Admin Dashboard for Welness Goals

Want to award points to your challenge participants for attending an event? No problem. Want to add a hydration or nutrition goal to a steps challenge? Easy. Want to set bonus goals to “Automatic,” and let Count. It drop a new goal every day? Done.

Also cool: Every repeating challenge on Count. It now comes with a “Series” screen that displays user standings and group stats over all iterations of the challenge. Count. It admins can now run monthly challenges, for example, and yet still track challenge stats and user standings over the course of a full year.

And we’ve added a bunch more admin treats: Groups can now “whitelist” email domains so that anyone with designated corporate email addresses can join their challenge — but no one else can! 🔒

As usual, we’ve also made many upgrades under the hood, speeding up processing, making data sync’ing more reliable, and fixing all manner of “edge case” bugs.

Busy as things have been, we expect September-November will be the biggest months of the year for wellness challenges — as they always have been. With people returning from summer living, it’s just a great idea to build on the back-to-school energy and keep people moving into the fall.

SO, for all those thinking about STEPtember or MOVEmber, you’re not alone!

And we’d be thrilled to help.
