“Wellness as a Service” Goes Viral!

I sat down last month with John Sumser, editor of the widely followed HR Examiner, and one of the smartest, most experienced observers of the HR Tech scene. After we talked, John asked me to write up some of my ideas, and the post just went live. As far as I know — and please correct me if I’m wrong — this is the first public mention of “wellness as a service.” My bottom line conclusion: The next few years will be big ones for “wellness tech” in the enormous, but historically sleepy and fragmented, SMB market.
